The Pearl

Akoya pearls are referred to as the Jewelers Favorite Pearl. They are nearly perfectly round, and are perfect for jewelry.

The way our Island Pearl assortment works is we mix in the Blue Island Pearl into the natural colored pearls. The Island Pearl Natural Assortment doesn't have the blue pearls mixed in.

The pearls we commonly see in this assortment range in color and sizes. The traditional colored pearls you might find are classic white, peachy pink, shades of purple and violet, and then an iridescent deep black color. They are beautiful. The sizes can range from 6mm all the way up to 8.5mm (the biggest pearl we have ever seen as of 12/01/23 is 9.22 mm), with a possibility of discovering an oyster with twins (2 pearls in one oyster)!
